So two of the most iconic names in Japanese motor culture are both (potentially) on the docket for return. Both sport exotic materials and drool worthy concept cars. How do Toyota and Honda stack against one another in unbridled circumstances?
I think its clear that the NSX is decidedly more production ready. My problem with the NSX's inside is that it tried to masquerade as futuristic through extoic materials and shapes, but at the end of the day its little more than conventional. Whereas the FT-1 actually came from the future... The comparison will become more enjoyable as (if) the two inch toward production.
beautiful interiors in both. how about the GTR interior? :P
GT-R interior reminds me too much of what the inside of an altima looks, but it gets a pass since it is stupid fast. Skylines always had dull looking interior but then again you bought one because you want to go fast, not for the interior design.
Very similar interiors in many ways. I think that I like the red interior of the the NSX better than the black interior of the Toyota Supra.
What's that on the top part of the Supra's steering wheel?
That shows the gear your in your in as well as a shift indicator...purpose would be more for a DCT (paddle shift)...The Ferrari 458 Italia has something similar to this but doesn't show the gear you are in.
I think that a better interior would be a combination of both of these interiors. The seats from the NSX, the steering wheel from the Supra, the dash from the Supra, and the center console from the NSX. Anyone else agree?
