I have heard a lot of people asking this question. Its official, its a 2+2.

I like that Toyota made it a 2+2; like with past Supras.

Does it make it less expensive because it seats 4?

I think that its good that you can fit some people in the back seat. Often times those back seats are not really usable except for children, so I wonder what the Supra's back seat will be like.

It's a 2+2 to me. As a production model, it's rear seats will be as practical as rear seats in the Subaru BRZ/Scion FR-S.

Looking at this picture one other thing surprises me. Three point seat belts. To build a machine so focused on speed (at least thats the narrative) and then not do a full 4 point racing harness is a bit of a let down. Especially when you look at those clearly race derived buckets....

For a harness, you need a harness bar. And with a harness bar, your rear seats become useless...
