^ sounds like a good idea. I know Subaru offers options like this to their WRX/STI owners with options of upgrading the exhuast/intake from the dealer. Would be cool if Toyota came up with the same strategy.

I think toyota needs to do that, if they do it will really make people want to get involved in their vehicles and do more than just get in and drive. Plus it helps with building a stronger culture within the brand.

Absolutely agree on the twin-turbo V6 ?????? Toyota should also collaborate with Yamaha on developing that engine and an N/A V8 option, with power output that rivals the GT-R

Actually, Toyota is testing a hybrid exhaust that can straight pipe in proper conditions. (like the track and rural areas). They just are having problems with the obvious fact that FT-1 owners could abuse this option. So until Toyota can figure out how to make this an automatic feature, it probably won't be seen in the near future. But who knows, one can only hope.
