i doubt they can sell it for 30-40k and still have it at 400-500hp.

maybe 35-40k @ 350hp.

I could see Toyota making a base V6 hybrid with 400 hp (previewed by FT-HS) for around $45k-$50k.

Than have a flagship trim with around 460-500hp price at $60k starting.

it really comes down to what engine it will have and how much power it'll make really.

Let's be realistic here guys, in the first year its prob going to have both turbo and non-turbo versions. With non-turbo version base starting at 45,000 , turbo or tt starting at 55-60k. Production won't be as high as say the FRS until maybe the 2nd and third year . By the 3rd year price would have slowly increased along with the options for the car, similar to that of gtr. And by the 4th year the supra can be 20-30k higher than it was first launched.

Yeah and with that we can sort of figure the rest out, assume what the suspension might be like, the rest of the drivetrain/powertrain etc. Toyota seems to do a good job at making everything complement eachother.

if they want to sell in Volume, it'll be priced reasonably ~$65k. If they're building a Toyota "Halo" car, then expect to pay too much....e.g.- LFA.

That's a good point, I actually think it might even underpin the M3.

It's going to be here by 2017, got a while to go before they announce pricing.
